"I have been looking for a quad for a while and been working on chinking the Bride's armor. Didn’t stop by to buy. Just to get more info, viewpoints, and see what kind of deals I could look forward to when I (we) made the decision later this year. Then Merick introduced himself to us. That was the beginning of the end! Upbeat, positive, and friendly. Not a salesman, just a good guy. With some input from another quad owner and the boss, we left with a '09 Yamaha Grizzly 700. Merick also set us up with some deals in the accessory department and a great lunch. Everyone we talked to or worked with was exceptionally friendly and treated us like friends, not just another mark to be taken advantage of. I think, at least from my viewpoint, that it's something special when I can spend that much money (a lot less than I was expecting) and feel good about it. I was in shock for a while since the Bride surprised me by saying "If you want it, let’s do it now." The shock didn’t last long. As soon as I got home I was installing the accessories and riding around the yard with the Bride filming and taking pix. Thanks to all the staff for a good day and a good meal! We’ll be seein’ ya again soon. "

"It's with tremendous pleasure that I write my comments about a purchase from Adventure Motorsports, since this purchase has been the *BEST* vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. This was in regard to the purchase of a new Suzuki DRZ 400 SM from their shop. It's a real pleasure to encounter so many people who are so very enthusiastic about what they do and about helping customers. This dealership is a very special place! From the moment I first contacted them, I had the feeling that I was dealing with some really terrific people. The initial contact was with Merick in sales, who responded promptly to my questions about the DRZ. His tone was enthusiastic and helpful, as were he and Tim when I initially stopped in to look at the DRZ and other dual-sports. I was provided ample opportunity to test ride motorcycles and select the very bike that was ideal for me. For there, the lovely Emily and Austin in parts helped me to pull together accessories that I needed to begin enjoying this new form of riding. Meanwhile, Brady in Finance helped pull together my best financing option. And while all this was happening, their resident barista interrupted her lunch to make me a mocha! Since the purchase, I have returned to have the 600 mile service for my new DRZ and Jen and Blake answered all my questions with the same friendliness and enthusiasm demonstrated by everyone else. Make no mistake about it, Adventure Motorsports is an exemplary dealership and I look forward to many years of enjoying their facility. The only slight quibble that I can come up with is that they are not a Triumph dealer (yet) so that I can have my Triumph serviced there as well. Perhaps a little few more gentle hints will convince the shop's owner, Scott, to add support for Triumph. Brilliantly done, people. Keep up the great work!"

"You guys are simply the best dealership that I've ever had the pleasure of running across. I had originally gone to a big Yamaha chain that everyone knows in Lynnwood. I live about 2 minutes from them but they treated me more like that of a quick sale for the day than a valued customer. I did some shopping around and when I fell across your website I put in a call. From the phone call to the final sale, it was the best experience that I've ever had buying ANY high purchase item. Jen was a sweetheart to deal with also. I felt no pressure the whole way through and felt that she genuinely did her best to work out a deal that I would be happy with. I've gone back for service and hands down you were better than that big chain I have across the street. First service with them was horrible, second service with you was great. Just a key note: I was offered from that big chain to bring my business to them and they would match the deal you gave me and subtract $500 from the final price. They did this only when they found out they were losing me to you, before that they didn't care to give me any deal at all. I decided to turn them down because I thought that was bad business and I no longer had any faith in them as a good dealership. Thank God I stuck with you. I go in now and then and I'm always treated well even when they know I'm coming in for some browsing and no serious buying. You guys show your customers true respect and value. That is why I will travel so far to give you my business. I won't go across the street for the other that shows none. Thanks for serving the people the way you do. This is the only review I've ever done. I normally never get around to it no matter how good the product is. It took a little over a year but I finally gave in to write one because I'm impressed more and more every time I go in."

"My husband and I had been researching ATVs for the last few months. We went to a local store in Renton and they were going to sell us two used bikes. After our experience with Brady we realized that the other store didn't really listen to what we wanted to do with the bikes just wanted us to buy what had the biggest commission. We had done a lot of research and emailed regarding two bikes we thought would work. Brady immediately called me and said they had them in stock. I let him know I had been working on our own financing and he immediately put me in touch with Angela suggesting she help as she has been able to get people better rates than my local credit union. She came through. We drove up and looked at the bikes and Brady confirmed that what we were wanting to do with the bikes the ones we were looking at would be perfect. We were still skeptical until he told us that he isn't paid on commission—he wants us to buy what we really want because the customer satisfaction means more to Adventure Motorsports than the commission. We bought them. We took them out for the first time last weekend and we love them. He was right—we opted for the 4x4 after talking with Brady. Good thing we did! I work in the auto industry and understand the importance of matching a customer to the product and how important customer satisfaction is—it is apparent Adventure Motorsports does as well. We will tell everyone we know about Adventure Motorsports, Brady and Angela. I GUARANTEE YOU WE WILL BE BACK! I wanted to say thanks to everyone for making this a great experience. "

"My wife phoned and spoke to Tim about a Road Star that we saw on the Web site. Right from the start Tim was the best salesperson that we have EVER dealt with. He was great about phoning us back and getting us the info we needed. When we decided to drive down to Monroe to just look at the bike we were absolutely blown away by the friendliness of everyone. It seemed that everyone there knew that "Scott" was coming in. A week later when we came down to pick up the bike we were in a hurry to get back. I was loading the bike in the trailer, my wife was upstairs finalizing the paperwork, and Tim was getting us food to go. We were in and out in under 1/2 an hour. We have never ever come across customer service like we got at Adventure. Oh, and the price was great too. The owner can be proud to know that his people really are the best. "

"I was in the market for a 50cc dirt bike for my daughter. Adventure Motorsports had deals WAY better then anywhere else I looked. I bought a PW50 from them. Jen was great to work with. "On Saturday afternoon I remembered hearing something about a great dealership out in Monroe. (We had visited all the shops from Everett to Seattle in search for my new bike.) I filled out a credit app and within 30 minutes I was called with an approval. We arrived at 5:50 p.m. (just minutes before closing) and found the perfect bike. ALL the bikes we looked at were $1,000 to $1,500 less than any other shops we went to. We've made four major purchases over the past two years from dealerships, and this was the most easy and stress-free experience we have ever had. We were never pressured, belittled, or hurried during the process. Everyone at Adventure Motorsports seemed to love their job. I'm sending my sister in on Tuesday to go buy a bike to ride with me!"

"Buying my '07 Yamaha Stratoliner from Adventure was a great experience. I felt like a valued customer from the moment that I first made email contact with Merick. Merick was adept at working with me through email exchange to find the right bike at the right price. I was impressed enough to send my son to Adventure as well so we ended up taking two bikes (Suzuki DRZ 400 SM) home to Yakima, WA. It seems as the local dealers have gotten too big for their britches and have forgotten what customer service is all about, thank goodness, otherwise we wouldn't have been forced to look elsewhere, therefore we wouldn't have found the folks at Adventure Motorsports. Oh yeah, the most important part was that I was able to put on 120 miles in 40 degree weather the first weekend that I had my bike. Ride hard and keep the rubber side down!"

"We needed a utility ATV (to replace one that was stolen) for our youth baseball league for prepping baseball fields. My experience at Adventure Motorsports was first rate! I gave Tim the sales guy the info on the deal that we'd worked out ahead of time. Tim initiated the paperwork while I checked out the street bikes. "I had been in the market for a sport bike, but wasn't familiar with the different makes and models that were available, having owned only heavy cruisers the past 17 years. After shopping all the usual suspects (think Hwy 99) for a few weeks, I was getting frustrated with the poor level of service and attention I'd been getting. The other stores completely ignored the price range I told them I needed to stay in and instead tried to sell me the most expensive thing they had on the floor. Then I found out about Adventure Motorsports after seeing their display at the Evergreen State Fair and decided to pay them a visit. They made me feel like I was the most important customer ever to set foot in their store. They showed me all the bikes they had for sale and explained to me the differences between them. At no time did I feel pressured to make a quick purchase. I rode home that day on a brand new Yamaha FZ6 and I love it! I have shopped just about every motorcycle dealer between here and Spokane and Adventure Motorsport's customer service is truly second to none."

"Last week I took my Road Star in to Adventure for the transmission recall. Chris had promised the bike by no later than Saturday so I could go for a leisurely Sunday ride. I stopped by on Thursday just to see if the parts had come in and Chris was working on another Road Star performing the same recall. He invited me back to look over and explain all they were going to be doing to the bike. WOW—talk about extensive! Chris took the time to answer all my questions before wishing me a great afternoon. Well, come Saturday things were running a bit late but Chris assured me that even if it ran pat their normal hours it would be ready for me! Sure enough, it did run about 30 minutes late but he did stay and got it to me when promised (it probably would have been right at closing time, but they washed the bike before I took it). I took it for a brief ride and notice a little problem shifting it so I went right back and Chris ran it up on the lift, spotted the problem and fixed it. Before sending me on my way, he gave me his cell phone number so if I had any trouble on Sunday I could just give him a shout. Wow—what service. OK, you guessed it, I went out Sunday morning and found an oil leak so I gave Chris a call on his cell phone to see what to do. Chris had me drop everything and bring the bike right into the shop (on Sunday morning). He ran it up on the lift, found a bad gasket, and it was off the lift in less than 30 minutes, but wait, Chris insisted that it needed to be washed again before leaving . Now you may say, hey, you had some problems with the service! Yes, I did and because I was rushing them some of it was my own fault but what really is important to me is what will the service be like if I do have a problem? Will the dealership be there to support me or just annoy me? Chris and the staff at Adventure get my vote of confidence and you can be sure that I’ll let every biker I know to go there to purchase a bike and to have their service done there too. Closing note: Chris called me the next business day (that was Tuesday for them) just to check again that everything was OK, and of course it was."

"Exceptional experience during the demo and sale process. Have loved the responsiveness and attitude of the service guys. I had a minor problem with one of my bags the weekend after I bought the bike and the Service Department immediately went to work on it when I dropped by at 3:00 p.m. during the middle of a ride. They bought me a cold drink while they replaced the lock on the bag. Very customer oriented shop. Kudos to everyone at Adventure!"

"We were looking for a dirt bike for our daughter's birthday. We also were looking to pick up a dual sport. We looked at all the shops in the area, but some shops didn't even act like they wanted to help us. Some didn't even make an effort to talk to us—we had to chase them down to answer questions. "We didn't even plan on buying motorcycles the day before they closed for Christmas, but when the deal is right and the service was fantastic, even being out of state didn't stop us! (Too bad the bikes have to sit up in Washington until a little better weather over the passes!) Merick (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was excellent in providing information and when he realized one of the bikes we were really interested in was still in a box in the warehouse, he immediately had them build it so we could get it home that evening, before even talking money! The "money discussions" were handled in a relaxed and amiable manner and we definitely felt like we got a deal on the two Yamaha cruisers we bought. Since we spent some wait-time for the bike to be built, we were surprised to be constantly offered something to eat or drink. There were several little "extras" that made the whole experience above and beyond the typical sales floor. They even handled the out of state issues perfectly, running over to another dealership to get us temporary permits that would allow us to be able to ride our bikes over Christmas! Tell you what, they put our local Yamaha bike shop to shame, in deals, service, and character! Every person in the shop was involved in our purchase, all joining in our excitement for the purchase of our bikes (my first). We plan to even order accessories through Adventure Motorsports due to the fantastic service. And have already passed the word on to our local friends and relatives. Thanks a lot guys! We're excited to get riding!"

"I have nothing but good things to say about your service department and the manager Chris. I brought my bike to you based upon two members of the Norwestars group who had a problem on the road and Chris helped to take care of them. I had a fire and also was leaving town, and Chris helped me arrange to get it to your shop from Tacoma, spoke with the insurance people for me while I was out of the country, then when the parts didn't arrive and I needed to be at a large ISRA/Norwestars event, he got an OK for a loaner bike (I did not need it due to another member loaning me his locally). I had to leave town again and Chris told me not to worry and that he whole keep my bike until I returned. He kept me informed via email on the progress, and to top it off, he even had a sense of humor which helped me to keep smiling while I waited to ride again. Then he even said that if I could not make it until after closing that he would stay until I arrived when I got back in the U.S. With service like this, it's no wonder that you are an outstanding shop. I will continue to bring my bikes from Tacoma for service and tell others to also. Our group has informally adopted your shop as our own and I hope to sit down with you soon and make it formal for the Norwestars and several other groups in which I am Chaplain."

"These people have been wonderful to work with on my purchase of a new 2005 Yamaha 650 V Star Classic. "I have known your service manager Chris May since last year when he worked at another dealership. He helped me sort out a problem with my motorcycle that I had purchased at another dealership. That dealer and the manufacturer had pretty much blown me off and I was at my wits end with a bike that ran poorly and no recourse. Chris found that there was indeed a problem, got it fixed as it should have been under warranty, and has been my motorcycle wrench since. I'll continue to bring all my toys to Chris for service. "I picked up a new '06 YFZ 450 and Raptor 350 about a month ago and have to say that Scott and the crew have taken great care of me. My deal was very unique in that I had both bikes totally tricked out, i.e. pipe, filter, graphics, nerfs, paddles, etc. Not only did they deliver the bikes on time, but when things got a little rough with getting the parts here and installed before my big Memorial Day trip to the dunes, they made everything right. When they say they will make it right, they mean it. Plus, I've got to throw some praise directly to Chris and Blake in service. They did a fantastic job on my bikes—the graphic kits and seat covers look sweet!"
